About

Built by a team that ships.

For course creators who do too.

Heatcord exists because running an evergreen webinar funnel shouldn't require nine subscriptions, three Zapier loops, and a video transcoding engineer.

The short version

Heatcord started with a first paid webinar in 2020, a Loom video, an email list of 800 people, and a sketchy little script that ran the whole thing on a schedule. It worked. Then it broke. Then it worked. Then it broke again the next Tuesday.

The "all-in-one" tools were $200/month and built for B2B sales teams. The DIY stack was $240/month and broke every other week. So we built the one we actually needed. And gave it to a few other course creators who were doing the same thing.

That's Heatcord. Live or recorded webinars in one app. Sign-up page, reminders, the room, the offer, the receipt. One bill. No glue between apps.

What we believe

Course creators are not enterprise sales teams. They sell a $19 masterclass or a $2,000 cohort. They don't need a 200-step automation builder. They need a webinar that runs while they sleep and tells them what worked.

The price should match the use case. Starter is $39/mo because most creators don't need 1,000-attendee broadcasts. Pro is $129 because that's what their stack already costs without the connection headaches.

You'll talk to the people who built it. Email contact@heatcord.com. The Heatcord team usually answers the same day.

Who's here

A small team in the UK. Engineers, a designer, and a customer-success-meets-onboarding person. No SDRs, no AEs, no retention scripts. We pick up the phone.

What we won't do

If that sounds like the company you want behind your funnel, it's all one app now — create your free Webinly account and run your next webinar end to end.
