Day 1 (Mon)
Heatcord configures Heatcord's scheduling sync with your Google / Outlook / iCloud calendar. Existing future Calendly bookings stay on your calendar. They just don't take new bookings.
Day 2 (Tue)
Heatcord wires the in-room booking into your webinar replay. The CTA at minute 32 now opens an in-room slot picker instead of a Calendly link. Fair rotation set up if you have a team.
Day 3 (Wed)
Test booking flow end-to-end with a sample attendee. Once confirmed, the Calendly account can be cancelled (or kept for non-webinar bookings. Your call).

What it actually costs to leave
Calendly is monthly billing. No contract lock. Hidden cost: existing public Calendly links shared on your social profiles, in email signatures, in podcast show notes. Don't kill the Calendly account day 1. set up the Heatcord redirect first so old links 301 to the new booking page.
The one thing you'll forget
The thing creators always forget when leaving Calendly: Zapier connections downstream. If your Calendly was sending bookings to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Slack, etc. via Zapier, those automated connections break the moment you switch. Heatcord has native connections to the top 12 audience lists, so most of the automated connections can be removed entirely. Heatcord audits this on day 2.
