Karim imports the contacts into Heatcord's audience CRM, mapping every Mailchimp tag to a Heatcord segment. Subscriber history (last-opened, last-clicked) is preserved.
Day 3 (Wed)
Karim rebuilds your top 3 most-used automations as Heatcord webinar drips. The 'fires after 24h registration' campaign becomes a Heatcord reminder sequence.
Day 4 (Thu)
Karim sets up your sending domain (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) and warms the dedicated IP. By Friday your emails inherit the same deliverability score Mailchimp built up.
Day 5 (Fri)
You send a test broadcast to a 100-person segment from Heatcord. Inbox placement verified. Mailchimp account can be cancelled.

The one thing you'll forget
